Sop Sop by Flora Warria
Ingredients
- 4 Sweet Potatoes
- ½ whole pumpkin
- ½ whole yam
- 4 Taro
- 2 Tins Coconut Milk
Method
- Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces and place in large pot.
- Pour coconut milk till it covers half of the vegetables.
- Bring to a gentle boil and then simmer until vegetables are soft and cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper.
