Belinda Fraser is a visual artist and a secondary English teacher, who is currently based in Meganjin (Brisbane, Australia).
Belinda’s artistic practice explores the relationships and connection of mob with Country with a focus on tactile sensory experiences. She views her work as a juxtaposition of protesting the colony and making contributions to Warrabal mob.
Belinda believes that by challenging colonial records – like those of Norman Tindale, she will contribute research and repatriation of skills and knowledges back to her own children and mob.
