Caitlin Sheedy

Brisbane, Queensland

Caitlin is a Brisbane-based artist. She graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, First Class Honours, from Griffith University, Queensland College of Art.

Her work is comprised of paintings, drawings, prints, collages, artist books and until recently ceramics. Usually highly colourful and animated in style, her works reveal a narrative of experiences she encounters in her everyday life, enhanced by her own imagination and observations.

Caitlin’s work is represented in collections such as James Hardy Collection, State Library of Queensland, Griffith University Collection, and the Royal Brisbane Hospital Art Collection.
