2021

OCTOBER

artisan is pleased to present Pulp Friction on show from 2 October - 12 November, 2021. Pulp Friction is a group exhibition showcasing designs, installations and complex paper works to examine cultural issues surrounding Chinese diasporic communities. Participating artists Yanqiao Jiang, Pamela See and Christine Ko explore Chinese culture through cultural displacement, commodification and stereotyping.

Tension[s] 2020 is a coming together that both reveals and conceals the artist, reveals and conceals the audience, and provokes us to actively remember that if there is one thing hindsight has taught us, it is that we risk danger whenever we draw meaning from only one perspective.
