2025 Residency Applications Now Open
Applications are now open for artisan's two fully funded residency programs, nurturing Queensland's vibrant craft and design community!
The Emerging Regional Residency is tailored for regional Queensland artists. The 4-6-week Brisbane program covers travel, accommodation, living costs, materials, mentoring, career development, and a curated exhibition at artisan.
The Established Residency is a collaboration with a national craft and design network. This program sends a Queensland-based established artist to a major facility. Our 2025 program is tailored for furniture designers at the JamFactory. Spanning 4-6 weeks, the residency includes interstate travel, accommodation, living costs, studio, materials, and a curated exhibition at artisan.
