The objects we use in our homes can be so much more than simply functional. A cup can do more than hold liquid, a bowl can change a mood and a vase can tell its own story. Rhianon Rose Ceramics are functional stoneware ceramic art pieces made in Meanjin with the intention of bringing beauty and meaning to our everyday moments. With inspiration from Rhianon’s background in Eastern and Western Psychology, each handmade, hand-painted piece symbolically reminds us of a source of human happiness. Through rich colour and hand-carved motifs, her collections explore themes such as connection, possibility, flow, resilience and appreciation. It is Rhianon’s hope that using her creations invites moments of mindful reflection - elevating daily rituals into experiences that nurture wellbeing, presence and joy.
