This Vessel has entirely been built by hand. Uniquely one offs and absolutely precious to me. This collection has made it’s way through my hands & mind due to the need of finding purpose for all the ‘little bits and pieces’ left over from my much-loved Colour Me Happy collection…coloured clay, porcelain, speckled clay and all the others…
Combining a variety of clays does come with its challenges. Different shrinkage rates, tension, bubbles and many opportunities for cracks and breakages.
Right this moment, hot early summer afternoon…. Here I am absolutely loving the results of these amazing L I N E S and C O L O R S.
