About the Product

Owls are known for their wisdom and it is this that led the Celts to believe owls held the knowledge of the underworlds path. They are messengers from the spirit realm, bringing wisdom, truth, and understanding to any situation. Owls can show up to help you solve a problem or gain a higher perspective of a situation. They are also believed to be a fierce defender of honor and the truth, with zero tolerance for any form of deception.

Materials

These items are handmade at every stage in the making process and so each is unique. From creating the form, to hand making each batch of glaze, to hand carving and hand painting the designs, many variances are found at each stage of the process. Each piece is mindfully created in my studio over a number of weeks, with each finished piece having its own subtle differences. That is the beauty of handmade. These photos are a representation of the piece from this collection you will receive.

This wheel thrown mug is hand decorated with layers of different glazes and liquid gold and takes many weeks to create.

Found in a place with magic in the air, where misty mornings gather dew on mossy rocks and sunlight forms dappled shadows under the trees. The animals in this wood hear the whispering of the ancients as their lives intertwine through the passing seasons.
