This is a high hardness high toughness stainless steel knife with a layered handle of micarta, a durable composite of compress paper and resin. It is designed as an all-round chef’s knife, with a fine cutting edge and slightly rolling blade. The layered handle has been finished with copper, bronze and brass pins, housed in a reclaimed cypress pine sheath.
