Paper clay, underglaze, and overglaze. Neochrome wire. Chord. Hand sculpted clay pieces fired to stoneware temperatures. This series is informed my knowledge and research into the Anzac legacy as part of my creative and cultural heritage practice and interest in cultural memory and the symbology of flowers.

A tribute to remembrance, these pieces are inspired by symbolic red poppy. $5 from every piece sold supports Legacy Australia and their works with veterans families. Each piece is hand-sculpted clay, twice-fired for strength, and carefully hand painted and glazed. Finished with a pin, these artisan earrings are crafted in my Brisbane studio and kin-fired locally.
