Fish Soup by Flora Warria
Ingredients
- Fish
- 3 tbsp. Peanut Oil
- 1 White Onion
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Plain Flour
- 2 1/2 Cups Water
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Method
- Scale any white fish and cut into chunks.
- Heat 3 tablespoon of peanut oil to a pot and fry onion until soft..
- Place in fish in a pot with ½ cup of water and poach/steam for 3 minutes gently turning the pieces.
- Add another 2 cups of eater and 2 tablespoon of soya sauce.
- Simmer until fish is cooked.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of plain flour with water to make paste and then to soup and cook until it thickens.
- And salt to taste.
