Tom Summers is a designer making ceramics in Meanjin/Brisbane, Australia. His work strives to outwardly project a vibrant inner world that plays with perception, colour and scale. All ceramic pieces are handbuilt using slabs of rolled out clay to create form. The process is slow, meditative and intuitive. Each piece is culmination of weeks of patiently working, waiting and refining, culminating in pieces that have their own unique magnetism.
