Michelle O'Hara's Earth Fibre eco-dyed scarves and wraps are handmade using natural fibres and environmentally sustainable practices.

As a visual artist for over 30 years with a love of printmaking, a few years ago Michelle read a story on Eco Dyeing by Australian artist India Flint and never looked back.

Earth Fibre is the story of our environment, our colourful landscape and the never-ending exploration of mediums used to express oneself.

“The beautiful but often discarded wind fallen leaves I use are gathered from local surroundings on the Sunshine Coast hinterland and beachside areas of where I live. My studio workings are slow and involved with each piece carefully considered in the process." Michelle O'Hara
