So, what can you do to build your list, communicate with your fans and start making sales from your email list? That's what you'll learn in this workshop, Introduction to Email Marketing.

  • How to use autoresponders to increase loyalty

About Claire Deane:

Digital marketer, analytics geek and passionate educator, Claire leads the team at Deane & Co, a full service agency where marketing is personal.

In her career, to date, Claire has worked across a wide range of big and small brands from fashion, to food, digital platforms, yoga studios, educational institutions and more. She launched The Urban List across three Australian cities, developed Tourism & Events Queensland’s email marketing strategy and has developed social media strategies for the B Corp listed Kester Black.

Claire has presented workshops for Apple, General Assembly , the League of Extraordinary Women and more.

Please note this workshop can be cancelled by artisan due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum numbers are not reached. In this event participants will be refunded accordingly and as soon as possible.

Participant Cancellation Policy:

Workshops have limited spaces and involve preparation by the facilitator.

Bookings cancelled up to one week prior to the start of the workshop may be refunded, but a 20% non-refundable administration fee will be deducted.

Bookings cancelled within one week of the workshop commencing will NOT be refunded.

You are welcome to transfer your booking to another person prior to the workshop commencing. Please confirm this arrangement in writing to workshop@artisan.org.au.
